Flammekueche is a traditional artisan product from the French-German border region of Alsace. Also known as Flammkuchen in Germany, it is crispy, light and delicious take on pizza.The very thin yeast-free dough base is traditionally cooked in a wood-fired oven and topped with creme fraiche smoked bacon and onions. It can have many different toppings to suit any taste or dietary preference. There are vegan and vegetarian options and even a popular dessert recipe topped with caramelised apples and cinnamon. 6 options to choose from on the day.
